We offer multiple shipping options. FREE shipping with orders over $400.00 (Grand Total before tax and shipping), USPS Priority, FedEx 2 Day (2 business days), FedEx Overnight, FedEx Overnight – Signature Required and FedEx Saturday Delivery for orders placed on Fridays before noon PST that need next day delivery.
Processing Times
Orders that are placed, paid for, and successfully processed before 12:00 PM PST on a business day typically ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
All orders are shipped using reputable carriers. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All payments are processed securely through third-party credit card processors in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Product pricing is listed on each product page. Quantity discounts, if applicable, are displayed on the product listing. For bulk or large-volume inquiries, please contact us directly.

Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
If an order is shipped incorrectly or the item received does not match the item ordered, please contact us by email within 5 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if verified, issue a replacement.
We do not accept returns for opened, used, or improperly stored products.

After your order is submitted, approved, and payment is received, it will be packaged and shipped using the delivery service selected at checkout.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
